Actually I'll not advice to use it because of high fees; but if anyone wants PayPal, then it is their choice.

Yes, they do. But I sent a PM to the admin last week asking to get paid through PayPal but he said that he does not have any cash there now. So I am still waiting till he gets some so he can pay me.

I also prefer PayPal even though I need to pay little higher fee as compared to other ways.

You have to move with better options, paying site owners too are having problem with PayPal.
