BMF is an old site with a very experience admin who knows how to fix issues as fast as possible and a can also forecast things that can make the site grow.

This does help a great deal because months ago he used to post 10-12 videos in one task so we used to earn well but now it's one or two videos only

Mr B should be cooperative and stop being strict for once. I will love if Bizdustry Admin and BMF Admin being business partners. That will help grow their forum even higher, and popular among any other forum in the world. It might even surpass the achievements of Reddit, Quora, Nairaland and so on.
