You must have asked the admin about your interest to get paid that's why one of the staff contacted you and have paid already

Not in the case of payments made to paypal because you need to check with admin and share details and only after that they will pay but on other ways you can because of they are registered in shop

Yeah, Paypal may take a while. I have experienced that. It depends on if the admin has funds in PayPal. Sometimes he doesn't have and you will have to wait for a while.

Yes we need to donate the Bmf points to him or may be he has given responsibility to staff members too to do that to save time because he cannot do everything

Paypal fees is very bad, but there are many opportunities, find people who pay you direct bank transfer or PayTM, then very less fees.

Paypal owner(s) should look into this, since its gas fee for both low transfer and higher transfer is tantalising. Already it is causing panic for users of PayPal. I don't see myself losing such hefty amount just for transaction fee.

I have understood paypal as shameful because there support isn't helpful and they don't give much consideration to users so they don't make any changes to paypal fees

Yeah, and I hope that this competition makes them reduce their fee and lower their really strict rules. Otherwise, more people will be moving to Cryptocurrency payments.
