I know lots of people have complaints about PayPal. However, I don't want to bad-mouth PayPal because I have had my account for over 10 years and it was a blessing to me at a time when I really needed it. I am a tad bit upset by the fees they charges sometimes. But PayPal gave me a debit card which made it easier for me to shop in the local stores. Also, when I needed money to pay my husband's funeral expenses, PayPal extended me credit.

So, I am using another country's link to access PayPal, that might be the reason for my account limitation. But such is weird, because I used my right details and PayPal granted me access, and I never used my account fraudulently, I've been a good user ever since I started using PayPal for over 365 days. It's a big shame to see my account locked, and my funds gone without proper reasons for it.

PayPal is strictly business. They are out to make a profit. If they had their way they would be available all over the world. The problem is usually not with PayPal. It is usually with a particular country that is restricting or not allowing them to conduct their business operations. Also, our US State Department has a list of countries where PayPal is not allowed. https://help.ethn.io/hc/en-us/articles/ ... rtual-Visa
You can check directly at the PayPal site for countries where they do business.

Most global corporations just want to make a profit. If they can't do business it's because there is usually some "mechanism" in place that is preventing them from doing so.
