I don't think the site is down as I can see posts from today and yesterday. In my case the browser message is that site owner has banned me temporarily. I think there is an error or the admin is reducing the number of members. I will wait and watch. I am on this site for almost six years and haven't cashed out for years.

There are multiple ways but I do like this. After writing your message click at >Preview, you will see upload attachment> Upload and then > next step> Insert attachment in the same row. you're done and good to go click at submit.

Follow how I described. Write your message first, then click at preview button. You will see upload and insert buttons. Upload your image first and then insert your image and then click at submit button.

Forget the image button in the editor.
