There has been talks about Recasting Wolverine in MCU and yes they had chosen a new Wolverine for the X-men of MCU. Well deadpool is not part of MCU, He is from the Fox-MCU and with that Hugh Jackman will reprise the role Wolverine. Deadpool 3 will be Wolverine and Deadpool having an adventure and possible romance (Deadpool is Pansexual,Wolverine is Bi) You may say but Fox-MCU Wolverine is dead..... Logan is set in the future of Fox-MCU.

Ryan Reynolds originally want Spiderman but Sony do not want to lend any of the 3 Spidermen. In the Comics, Deadpool tried seducing spiderman but fails a lot. (Though Spiderman is part of MCU, his movie rights belong to Sony)




So Reynolds decided to settle with Wolverine. Wolverine killed Deadpool in one of the Wolverine movies so Reynolds and Jackman had history of working together. Ryan Reynolds always want to give Deadpool a male love interest So Wolverine who is bi fits the bill.

Those two characters are similar why both are very strong and can health very fast but also complete opposite in social skills.
Deadpool is fun dude, he makes jokes even while he is in action, complain about hard work, very friendly.
Wolverine is soldier, very serious, not friendly so lone wolf.
This fight is fight between two opposite sides.

I am unhappy for this because I want the Fox-MCU to die and just have one single MCU. Have Deadpool and his friends join the mainstream MCU. Instead we have Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine again when MCU already chosen their own Wolverine. Multiverse again.

The timeline will be interesting... Was this before the second movie. I thought wolverine die already during the second deadpool. Power wise deadpool power seems on the higher level versus wolverine.

It happened before Logan so it will not contradict with its timeline. I hope this is the last of Fox-MCU and deadpool and his gang transfers to the real MCU. Fox MCU needs to be nuked by Galactus or something.

This is such cool news! I just saw Six Underground on Netflix (it was fun). A movie with both Ryan and Hugh will be very interesting!
