Is Weekend Notes even available worldwide? Because I can only see the CPM rates of below 3 countries on their Writer's FAQ page.

UK: £6 GBP

I think they are from USA and are able to make satisfactory earning from the USA and that's why they are saying this but yes they can skip BMF
