When I click on my earnings that is where we can redeem. When I click on redeem I am asked to enter a code.

I clicked on my credits and that took me to a place where I could redeem. I clicked on redeem and then this window opened

There is no code to redeem at the moment, they are sent by the admin on holidays like Halloween, New Year's Eve
