I got a link from Admin where I could redeem. I redeemed and I was told the amount is sent but I did not receive the amount I was shown proof. I had posted my wallet address that I had stored but apparently they keep changing the addresses. Even then after contacting bitcoin.com I was told all wallet addresses are alive.

I have contacted bitcoin and they are looking into it.

Did you checked it was directly from the Admin?
This I will take as cautious.

Yes It is directly from Admin and they have sent me their transaction url which I have sent to bitcoin.com

Let m explain. Bitcoin.com staff was very co-operative and so also Admin BMF. They both told me that wallet address does not exist in the bch wallet as checked in the public key which I had sent them.

I had forgotten that I had another wallet and that I realised when I saw the seed phrase stored in my folder I imported that wallet providing the seed phrase and there was the money BMF had sent me.

I had stopped going to noise cash and I think it is at that time I opened a new BCH wallet for BMF but with a seed phrase one can open old BCH wallets.I provided BMF my old BCH wallet address. All is well now We are always learning.
