Depositing is optional, it removes the captcha for the free roll and you start earning interest if it's above 30,000 satoshi (compounded daily - 0.0109589% per day - 4.08% yearly).

I have been spinning it every hour since 6AM Pacific Time and it's now 11:30 with no problems. If you click More on the main menu at the top of the Home Page and select FAQ there is a contact form on that page to reach support.

When I started a couple of years ago, I ran the CryptoTab Browser and every tme it reached 1,000 Satoshi I withdrew it to my FreeBitCo Deposit address and it helped it to grow faster. Now with Bitcoin Blockchain congestion, I withdraw to my CryptoTab NC Wallet way faster and will let it earn interest until things improve.
