If you watched Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths (Part Two or Part Three, not sure), Diana met Earth where women were rules and for not spoiling I will just say, she was not happy and not look like as she think.

In main continuity she also got upset when she find out Amazons sell baby boys to be slaves by Hades. Her Brother Jason became one of her enemies. Amazons are not really good

Yeah DCU is less Darker than DCEU but DCU have dark projects too like the Batman villain Clayface will star on his own movie.

On this comic, Wonder Woman end up hating the Amazons. She wants to reunite the men and women but the women but Amazons are just evil.

That's an excellent point! The idea of a prequel to a character as iconic as Wonder Woman is a great way to build out the new DCU and get fans invested in the lore before even introducing the main hero. It's a smart move by James Gunn.
