Many women suffer from Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) which can become very bad if not treated soon and properly. I shall give you personal advice although am not a physician.

Do not bathe in with any soap that is not anti-bacterial. I personally use Dial Gold Bar anti-bacterial soap. Cleanse all of your important parts.

Use cranberry tablets daily. I personally use UZO tablets which both may be found in stores or online. They say to drink cranberry juice, but I do not find to be as effective.

Wear cotten underwear.

Pee after sex.

That is my advice 101.

But what do experts say that is so unique?

Studies say to drink plenty of water.

What else I find interesting in studies is that consuming pickles or apple cider vinegar may help prevent UTIs!

Finally, if you do all of this? Chances are you are not going to need to see a physician!

Yes, men do get UTIs, but I have no knowledge about such symptoms or cures. I apologize.

OK. Now I understand.

If your pee is pale yellow the better too.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a medical condition that requires appropriate treatment by a doctor. These infections often occur when bacteria enter the urinary tract, and symptoms include pain during urination or frequent urination.

In general, prevention methods include drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding holding urine for long periods of time, and maintaining good personal hygiene.

Water is key... but if for whatever reason you can't have water, grab some cranberry juice. A doctor once told me cranberry juice is great for UTIs.

Yes, but cranberry AZO tablets are more effective.

Is cranberry juice cheap on your area? That's also an alternative to coconut water. If coconut water is expensive in your area, cranberry juice is.

Yes, cranberry juice is sold at the dollar store. I still find cranberry tabkets more effeective.

Cranberry juice can be a good alternative to coconut water, but its price depends on your location and availability. In many places, cranberry juice is often a bit more expensive than regular drinks because it is imported and not readily available everywhere. Coconut water, on the other hand, is often more affordable, especially in areas with coconut palms. If you are looking for an alternative, cranberry juice is a healthy option but may not be as affordable as coconut water.
