The normal approach is to consult a doctor, search the Net and now the AI. But the personal health success stories should top the list and given due credence

All those success stories of personal health experiences get evolved over time and sharing those experiences can help humanity greatly.

Here are some that come to mind

I stopped consuming salt. I replaced it with MSG, but there's even a better replacement, which is mushroom powder. It tastes savory without, you know, the risk of sodium. Also, I replaced salty food with spicy food. I just put chili flakes if, you know, I am craving savoriness.

Where do you get your sodium from? Sodium in the right amount is required as that is also a very important electrolyte

Could we blame ingesting coconut water for some kidney ailments?

Not at all. It is only when the kidneys are affected for some other reason tender coconut needs to be avoided

Kidney failure is a serious health issue. I would avoid tender coconut, for the sake of my health.

Let me clarify Tender coconut is safe and only to be avoided if one is suffering from kidney issues.

A recent report indicated that many people in my country have mild kidney issues that have not yet shown symptoms.
I think we should approach tender coconut with care.
