It's really disturbing for me. A 25-year-old woman in Spain dies of euthanasia after a long court battle against her parents. Here's what happened. She got gang-raped and I think the rapists are not caught and jailed. And to make it worse, before the rape, she's already suffering from depression because both of her parents are drug users. After the gang rape, she became suicidal and she jumped from a rooftop causing her to be paraplegic or wheelchair dependent. So now, so during those times, aside from suffering from the gang rape, she is suffering from pain, physical pain, because her legs got broken. And she basically asked for the government to allow her to be euthanized, but her parents fought for her to stay alive. But in the end, she won the case and the court approves for her death or euthanasia. I find this case disturbing because, you know, the one who should be suffering from death penalty is the rapist, not the victim.

I hope the men who gang raped her are rotting in the slammer. Shame thaey can't lock them up and throw away the key. Such a tragic waste of a young life. The thing with euthanasia is some family members don't upport it for selfish reasons, because they naturally don't want to lose their loved one. It can't be easy, but I feel we have to respect their wishes as long as they are of sane mind.

Her organs, by the way, are donated because they're pretty much healthy organs.Although there is a thing called cellular memory, I don't like the idea of having a donor who is suicidal because sometimes it might affect the person who got donated on.

I have heard cruel stories about crime and injustice. With every story I thought, I thought nothing else could happen that would possibly be worse. Now I hear this true story, and it has got to bethe cruelest story I have ever heard.

I'm really felt disturbed by this story because it seemed like no one, it seemed like the healthcare in Spain didn't give her therapy at least. We can see on the bright side, her body parts are donated to people who needed them, but it's just sad that she decided to be euthanized when she's very young and have a future ahead of her.

That's not a thing. It's pseudoscience. People who need donated organs can't afford to be worrying about superstitions if they want to live.
Interesting topic though. Euthanasia used to be only allowed for the terminally ill. It's a bit of a troubling precedent allowing it for someone with mental illness, but I don't know... It's her life, or it was. It should be her choice, and maybe this is better than her having to commit suicide, alone and unsupported.
