I have disabled smart features and personalization in Gmail as I never quite like Google reading my email but now I keep getting the following request

Turn on smart features and personalization in Gmail, Chat, and Meet to use inbox categories

I have decided not to as I have no use for those categories.

I hate all these non stop changes and offers come almost always in time when you are hurry. Like they know and they want you just click and accept because you don't have time read it.

Enabling that option lets Google read all my personal mail and I am not in favur of it This I know they need for their efforts.

Gmail is aware that most users have no option but to use their free email offering.
Hence relentlessly bombarding us with these many demands.
