This is another gloomy day, and there has been isolated rainshowers. After a typhoon just exited, another one just came. Hope the sun to shine soon,

Hello Fergal, it makes me smile seeing you here!!

Well, right now, it puts a smile on my face that the doctors are going to put out my father's ventilator and will try if he can breathe without it. I hope it works. His creatinine went down too, so this is really a good news for me. I think praying for 3 and a half every day really works. My faith is strong, my father will make it.

It's almost midnight here, and I have to work for 30 minutes. But this would be my last post for today. Then I have to go to sleep. Good night everyone.

I didn't go into work today, so I spent all day promoting my blog on various social media platforms. I also started looking into more content to work on for my next lot of articles. No rest for the wicked LOL

Sounds like you have had a productive day Angie10.

Personally I'm glad the first working day of the week is finished, nice to have the evening off.

@Fergal
Absolutely sir! It's a brand new week and I started it the same way I start every Monday. Cleaning out my eMail Inbox. I don't work on Sundays so I have to catch up. Fortunately, there isn't a lot of catch up work to do so taking one day off doesn't put me too far behind.

@Grecy0905
Awesome! <3
Was hoping you would share good news about your father. So happy for you and your family.

@iyanpol12
You worked until midnight? Whew! I do that but only on rare occasions. Can't make it a regular habit or I would be burnt out! Hope you had sweet dreams.

@Angie10
I sometimes do a “blitze”. Yeah. Just take a few hours and dedicate myself to promoting like crazy on social media. What I try to do is "mix in”. That means I look at similar posts others are sharing and reshare them in the mix with my posts that I'm sharing. The experts say that works. I'm no expert, but I say it can't hurt. :) You do somebody a favor sharing their stuff and they may do you a favor in return. Know what I mean?

Today was stressful for me. I was all packed up to come home from my weekend break, all of us crammed into my little car including two dogs .. and it wouldn't start!! We had some heavy rain which sometimes affects my car. I had to get my partner to come up and bring some jump leads so we could get home :(

Glad you got it all sorted in the end, things like that can be very stressful indeed. Hopefully you have good memories of the weekend break and you can all look back and laugh at the event.

Good morning all, hope you are having a good week.

Today they tried to put out the ventilator, however, my father can't still breathe the normal way, but they will try and try on the other day. We all believe that we can do it slowly. As long as it will be easier for him, we have to let the ventilator help him to breathe. The problem is that we don't have money anymore for that. I hope I can find money easily for my father. Please continue to pray.

* * Car trouble on a rainy day? Only thing worse than that is car trouble in the snow! Glad we don't live in Maryland any more. Anyway. Are you at home and warm now? :)

Today I woke up to grey skies and cold weather, so I didn't really want to go into work. But I dragged myself in. But first I had to go and cover an event on the world's breastfeeding week. It was very frustrating because it started 2 hours late and let's just say everything went downhill from there. It was just a mess and the only saving grace was the fact that the hosts were very nice LOL

* * Oh! I did not realize it was breastfeeding week. No wonder there was such a lengthy report on the news I was watching. My husband is experimenting with finding live news on YouTube. He found the BBC. It was a really long report. I'm like: "Good grief lady! It's just breastfeeding. What's the big deal?!" OK. It's breastfeeding week. Now I get it. Gotta grab the spotlight whenever you can! I was surprised my husband had the patience to sit there and listen to whole report. :) :D

I had an excellent day, meeting a friend I haven't seen in months (7 actually). It felt and still feels so good. Hopefully, whoever you are reading this post, you already felt this way or will someday !
