I hope future movies and media will have accurate representation of dinosaurs

Postby Netherrealmer » 18 Dec 2019, 13:22

Jurrasic park scaly dinosaurs are misrepresentation of dinosaurs. Most Dinosaurs don't have scales they have feathers! I demand movie producers and other media makers to correctly represent dinosaurs. I want to see these feathered creatures kill humans on screen. Look feathers are more creepy because they will get wet with blood.

From all three T Rex I think they will only use last one. On it you don't even see feathers. I think raptor looks completely different and not even close dangerous as last version.

No offense Fergal but could you supply us with some evidence of how you know they had feathers? That thot in and of itself is what is creepy to me. What are you suggesting? They all were big birds that can't fly? That is the weirdest thing I ever heard. I thought they were huge mammals. What in the world.

I am not Fergal

This is from PBS a tv network:

Not All dinosaurs are feathered, there are feathered species and non feathered but Jurassic Park portrayed many feathered species as scalies.

Chickens are progeny of dinosausurus. If you look pictures above, now they really looks like big chickens. Especially raptor and First T-Rex.

Sorry Fergus I read your name wrong my apologies think I called you fergal twice. Yikes. I'm not into evolution so I guess that is why I can't see it The chickens theory is interesting. Yes I will admit some of them flew back then but not all of them. Here's an interesting search: is evolution false? I have no education in science though and I did not listen in school lol.

Another good question is why stopped them from killing off all the human beings? I ask that because you hear of people going out and being among the lions and bears today because they just like them and then you read they got eaten. How did people save themselves from these creatures it just is mind blowing. :?

They evolved to get smaller due lesser source of food after the asteroid and after ice age. Prehistoric animals are very large because back then Earth have a higher oxygen rate. The number of Vegetation is also more dominant. The scarcity of food forced them to adapt and their descendants became smaller.

Sabertooth tiger are the ancestors of cats and they are big because the number of prey they can hunt are more plenty.

Some of their descendants evolved into tigers.

Tigers are big because of the large prey available.

Some of their descendants evolved into cats because they need to be smaller because only small prey are available.

There is also a dinosaur species that looks exactly like a chicken.

That is a news for me. I never knew that movies did not represent a good and representative image of Dinosaurs.

The discovery of dinosaur fur is very recent to be fair since when old dinosaur movies where made, they still thought of them as lizards instead of birds.

I think a White haired T-rex will be great for horror movies because the blood can splash to the white fur.

That is good idea but probably it will be used as some big alien on distance planet. They will not change our already Popular imag of dinosaurus.

So just like the woolly mammoth who were the antecedents of elephants having feathers, these dinosaurs had feathers too!! I read somewhere that the lizards are the diminutives of these dinosaurs.

Lizards and birds. Many flying lizards got extinct because their descendants became birds.

I heard the PS1 game Dinocrisis will have a remake. I hope the remake will follow feathered dinosaurs instead of Jurrasic Park scalies.

Dinosaurs with feathers look like they are ready for the runway.

If Cruella de Vil (villain in 101 Dalmatians) was a dinosaur, she may look like this hot diva looking dino.
