I agree with you. Quality content is more important now that there are already so many members there. A posting contest would be so good where quality is mandatory.

Ooh, yeah that sounds right. A thread contest is way better in terms of checking quality. That means people should create unique and high quality content which is hard and that makes it competitive.

Admin is already checking, reviewing and approving 100% of threads posted in any section and that's helping the quality

Admin alone cannot do everything so he should trust other people or give them the details of what type of thread is to be approved and which one to reject

He has moderators in his YouTube channel , around 1 or 2. But I am also surprised why doesnt they have moderators in forum , because there are more spams in forum than in YouTube chat. Hopefully , they recruit some moderators.

No website owner makes a moderator without trusting a person.

If he can make them moderators then he must have had trust in them wh gradually assign them tasks to see if they can live up to expectations.

Owners have to be sure that Mods will not ban any member unless they are violating important rules; many forums closed down due to rude moderators banning people who did not agree with them.

I think he has already done that since there are moderators and staff members there. All that work is so much and so the help is very necessary.

Yeah there are some admin accounts there like BMF Staff who usually sends the reviews of news sponsors trough pm and email , I guess BMF Staff is one of the admin there.

Hmm, I'm feeling the burden, it gonna be hectic for him cos he got other stuffs to do. Or he's short of mods, then he should employ @Yugocean. Cos he's better suited for such job, he's one of mr B's best writers.

They need more voluntary moderators because I haven't seen the hired one close to how we have on Fc
