They are doing their duties but perhaps their authority is limited and threads and other major things are taken care by admin only

I always recieve those messages sent by the BMF staff. I wonder how many there are but I know they are doing some good work in helping the admin to run the site.

The site has been fine in my own end here even the threads I posted that required moderation were approved and credited.

Threads normally get approved, just find out the updates which are latest on search, and post one. Avoid duplicate and trash.

Since they sent you the message, that means they're ready to pay you. This one they're asking to cash out even when you're not ready. Is like you've accumulated much points there? LoL.
