This was done by admin because users were posting payment proof when they earn even smallest amount of crypto.

Yeah there were some users who used to post screenshots of payment proofs daily and earn easily $1 from that. It was unfair because the amount they earned was too small from faucets.

They did not even have real payment proof, but auto transaction of faucet to microwallet. Misuse resulted in this.
Even Airdrop section is out of reward for the reason of people speaking nonsense there without joining, multiple threads of same airdrop etc.

It depends actually. If the admin is having cash in the payment method in which you are requesting , he will pay in 1-2 days , otherwise you have wait till 25th of this month.

It's better to ask him fist for any payment we need for Paypal or any crypto and not waste time waiting for the payment when he don't have the currency
