OK. That's good to know. But I am hoping NOT to have reasons to contact him. He used to pay via PayPal when I first signed up. But he does not do that anymore unless you upgrade your account. I don't think you need to upgrade before you request payment to Paypal. You need to ask him again, they don't ask for any fee or upgrade before processing your payments to any payment processor

Paypal itself charges fees, this is why it is advised to not to withdraw via Paypal.

I use Firefox and never have problems. It takes a few seconds to go through a browser verification and then I'm in!

I'm sure they doesn't mean that in a day but overall because it's quite difficult and even impossible to make this in a day.

Absolutely, I don't think this is necessary however the Admin can verify these details and profer solutions to them if necessary.
