Even though he was busy he still was active on bmf.io and approved threads and some users may have gotten paid.

As you can read in one of my earlier fairly recent threads, I got paid $ 2 on Payeer. So I supposed it works for everyone.

Payeer is a good option because you don't have to pay fee and you can get payment at $2 but for Paypal its almost impossible to reach $100

Diffrent countries diffrent rule, If PayPal can send, Payees too, but you have to comment them, better connect with something else.

Then you have to pay 30% tax on your crypto payments or profits so you need to be mindful of this fact too

Only when you directly convert crypto to INR, not otherwise, you can later withdraw to paypal for normal Paypal fees, just like you use USD without worrying about using foreign currency.
