I don't have a clue, but last night we had Spagetti and green beans with sausage and the night before we had grilled Alaska Salmon (fresh from Alaska) with little potatoes cooked in butter and tossed green salad.

First, from Reubens and corned hash to salmon! I have never had these dishes!

Were the green beans and sausage mixed with the spaghetti?

I am not quite sure yet as this is still early here.

I think that I might have a jalapeno cream cheese tortilla or two.

If not, leftover mac and cheese that my roommate wanted to throw out. We had mac n cheese last night, right. We had a lot left. I told her that I was placing the leftovers in the fridge. Do you know what she asked me? "Why don't you just throw it out?"

They probably were before the plate was empty.

Tonight we had Pork Chops simmered in gravy that was poured over mashed potatoes and sides of Brocolli and home canned applesauce.

I think tonight we're having a good old-fashioned Midwestern hotdish, which is a casserole made with cooked meat, a cream sauce, a vegetable of some kind, and topped with tater tots and shredded cheese.

If I don't make that, I'll do cheeseburger macaroni instead.
